Renaissance Efficiency and Innovation Committee

Dr. Oliver’s charge to the Renaissance Efficiency and Innovation Committee (REIC)

The REIC has been charged with (a) applying the new IHL guiding financial template to MVSU’s  entire campus operations and administrative infrastructure: (b) developing an administrative decision-making matrix, based on collected data, for committee deliberations; and (c) finalizing proactive-action recommendations, from both the template and the matrix, for the president to consider as the University faces increasingly difficult economic times and mandated cuts.
