Job Description:

Responsible for on the field  coaching during practice and competition; recruit student-athletes; provide general guidance and leadership to student-athletes; responsible for game preparation; preparing and implementing pre-and-post season conditioning programs; participate in promotional and public relations activities; administering operating budget

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree desired; successful NCAA FCS or FBS football coaching experience; commitment to high professional standards, including professional growth; demonstrated administrative and public relations abilities; ability to recruit student athletes; demonstrated knowledge and ability to comply with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations
